1. Information We Do Not Collect

Unlike traditional cloud-based utility websites, SwiftLemon operates as a static client-side web application. When you use our utilities:

• We never transmit your images, documents, code, or text payloads over the Internet to any server.
• We never store copies of your files or generated outputs on remote cloud storage or databases.
• We never read or harvest file metadata, EXIF coordinates, API keys, or financial calculations.
• You can verify this guarantee at any time by opening your browser's Developer Tools (Network tab) or disconnecting from the Internet after loading a tool page.

2. Browser Local Storage & Local Result Cache

SwiftLemon uses your browser's native localStorage API strictly to enhance your local user experience without requiring user accounts:

• Theme Preference (theme): Remembers whether you selected Studio Light Mode or Dark Mode.
• Personal Shelf & Local Result Cache (swiftlemon_state_v1): Stores your pinned tool bookmarks (pinnedSlugs), recently visited tools, Supporter Ad-Free license state, and optional Local Result Cache snapshots (savedResults) when you click "Save Last Result" or export an output.

All localStorage data resides exclusively on your local device. SwiftLemon servers cannot access, read, or synchronize this data unless you explicitly export a JSON backup file yourself. You may clear your cached results at any time using the × clear button inside any tool or by clearing your browser site data.

3. Third-Party Advertising & Google AdSense Cookies

To keep SwiftLemon 100% free with zero usage quotas, we display non-intrusive advertisements provided by Google AdSense:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies (such as the Google DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites on the Internet.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to SwiftLemon and/or other sites on the Internet.
• Users may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings or by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices.
• Users who activate Supporter Ad-Free Mode automatically suppress all advertising containers across the site.

4. Infrastructure, CDN & Edge Security Logs

SwiftLemon is delivered globally via static content delivery networks (such as Cloudflare). As part of standard Internet routing and DDoS protection, the CDN edge infrastructure automatically processes transient HTTP request metadata (IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL path, and timestamp) to prevent malicious traffic and abuse. We do not link these edge security logs to any personal identity or tool activity.

5. GDPR (EEA/UK) & CCPA/CPRA (California) Rights

Because SwiftLemon does not collect, store, or sell personal information or user files on its servers, we do not maintain personal data profiles to sell or share with data brokers. Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and California have the right to control advertising cookies via their browser settings or the opt-out links in Section 3, and can erase all local application state at any time by clearing browser storage.
